PLEASE NOTE OUR NEW 2019 RULES WILL COME INTO EFFECT AS OF 1/1/2019
- ALL ANGLERS TO BE IN POSSESSION OF A ENVIRONMENTAL AGENCY FISHING LICENCE. THESE WILL BE CHECKED BY OUR BAILIFF.
- ALL NETS MUST BE DIPPED IN DIP TANKS PROVIDED BEFORE FISHING.
- ANGLERS TO USE SUITABLE LANDING NETS I.E. 36 INCH MINIMUM FOR CARP.
- ANGLERS TO BE IN POSSESSION OF AND USE SUITABLE UNHOOKING MATS.
- NO FISH TO BE REMOVED FROM FISHERY.
- NO FISH TO BE HELD IN CARP SACKS.
- NO BAIT BOATS.
- ONLY BARBLESS HOOKS TO BE USED.
- NO TIGER NUTS.
- NO FLOATING BAITS.
- 1KG GROUND BAIT LIMIT.
- ALL LEADERS AND FEEDERS TO BE FREE RUNNING.
- TACKLE MUST NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED.
- LITTER AND UNUSED BAIT TO BE REMOVED.
- NO NOISE, RADIOS OR UNSOCIABLE BEHAVIOUR.
- ALL JUNIORS UNDER 16 MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES, PREFERABLY BY A FISHING KNOWLEDGEABLE ADULT.
- ALL DOGS TO BE ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES.
- KEEP NETS ON ORGANISED MATCHES ONLY.
- NO TRESPASSING ON SURROUNDING FARM LAND.
- ALL VEHICLES TO BE PARKED IN CAR PARKING AREAS ONLY.
- OVERNIGHT FISHING AVAILABLE BY PREBOOKING 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
- NO BBQ'S OR OPEN FIRES. ONLY GAS STOVES ALLOWED.
ANY PERSON FOUND IN BREACH OR FAILING TO ABIDE BY THESE RULES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE
NIGHT FISHING- June 2020
Due to the security and safety of fisherman and staff, the land owners and fisheries management team have issued the following notice
- Night fishing will recommence from 10th June 2020
-ALL PERSONS MUST be OVER 25 - anyone in breech of this rule will be asked to leave immediately and possibly banned from returning
-Only people with a NAMED TICKET will be able to fish overnight
-ALL TICKETS MUST BE PRE-BOOKED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE
-8 people in TOTAL will be able to fish on any one night
-Arrival must be between 16.00hrs-17.00hrs, with the correct tackle
- Departure by 0.9.00hrs the following morning unless you have a multiple booking (i.e. 24hrs or more)
-Moderate alchol consumption is permitted
-Any behaviour felt by the bailif to be in breach of peace may result in an instant ban and the police/ELA being contacted
We would like to thank you for your cooperation. We have not taken the desicion lightly to introduce such measures, but unfortuanely due to some anti-social behaviour we feel it is absolutely neccessary at this time.
